We invite to business cooperation all those, who are involved in the sphere of online trade, as well as those who specialize in creation and promotion of websites on wide introduction of the proposed service to optimize the choice of goods in online stores for their acquiring. There are the following possible variants of our cooperation:

• creation of mass paid network services for any potential buyers of any online stores to optimize their choices of goods using the network program MNIS NPO 1.0 (see Sec. "Creating mass network services on DTIPs optimization" of the website "Promotion center of IT AC DTIP).
• implementation to life of a perfect technology of online trade, for which has alreadybeen created by the founder of IT AC DTIP the key software tool MNIS NPO 1.0.

     All these variants of cooperation are proposed to be implemented through the creation of an international outsourcing service (IOS) for remote solution in any languages of the tasks of optimizing the investment of funds in the acquisition through the Internet of goods from their certain totality. The last relates to many network sellers and is available to the user through the Center of network trade, which is planned to be created for this purpose.
     Already now it would be possible to provide such network service for separate online stores by organizing on a commercial basis the process of solving via the Internet the specified tasks in MNIS NPO 1.0. But the practical benefits and commercial effect of this IOS will be much higher if for its implementation to create the above CNT, as well as to establish a specialized outsourcer company in order to perform the following four functions:
1) free distribution of AWPs and documentation for MNIS NPO 1.0 among possible consumers of IOS;
2) a paid solution in MNIS of tasks on forming optimal orders for the purchase of goods;
3) development of new language shells for the MNIS interface;
4) online consultation of users on working in MNIS.
