We invite to business cooperation all those, who involved in spheres of mass sport and entertainment, as well as those, who specialize in creation and promotion of websites, for wide implementation of offered service of optimizing the choice of services in a center of sport or entertainment (CSE).There are the following possible variants of our cooperation:
- creation of mass paid network services for potential clients of any CSEs on optimizing selection of services of these establishments, that can be realized in two ways:
- using the existing network software MNIS EO 1.3, which has several practical applications (see Sec. "Creating mass network services on DTIPs optimization" of the website "Center for promotion of IT AC DTIP);
- using a future localized version of this program, purposed only for the considered here application (it can be operatively developed by the founder of IT AC DTIP);
Note. Practical benefit for CSE from the proposed mass network service on optimizing the choice of its services will be in case when the CSE gives its clients free access to the files of their services databases, having the file format of excel type, required for the program MNIS EO 1.3.
- creation of such services to clients of specific CSEs by introducing in their local user terminals the function of optimizing expenses, realized in our tool MLIS/MNIS EO 1.3 (see above).
All these variants of cooperation are proposed to be implemented through the creation of an international outsourcing service (IOS) for remote solution in any languages of the tasks on optimizing expenses in the purchase of services. Already now it would be possible to provide such IOS by organizing on a commercial basis the process of solving via the Internet the specified tasks in MNIS EO 1.3. But the practical benefits and commercial effect of this IOS will be much higher if for its implementation to establish a specialized outsourcer company to provide all four IOSs that are allowable for this program, not just this one. They will allow to solve tasks on optimization of expenses at acquisition of sale objects of following varieties: 1 - goods, 2 - services, 3 - goods and services, 4 - meals and drinks. The considered company will perform the following four functions:
1) free distribution of AWPs and documentation for MNIS EO 1.3 among possible consumers of IOSs;
2) a paid solution in MNIS of tasks on expenses optimization;
3) development of new language shells for the MNIS interface;
4) online consultation of users on working in MNIS.
