We invite to business cooperation all those, who by the nature of their activity encounter a problem of efficiency of money investment in the acquisition of sources of income of any physical nature in order to obtain financial benefits from this, as well as those, who specialize in creation and promotion of websites. There are the following possible variants of our cooperation:
- creation of mass paid network services for any interested users to solve tasks of optimizing investments in any sources of income by using the network program MNIS IO 2.2 (see Sec. "Creating mass network services on DTIPs optimization" of the website "Promotion center of IT AC DTIP);
- creation only for your company of local network services of such kind by using MNIS IO 2.2 (see Sec. "Creating local network services on DTIPs optimization" of the same website).
All these variantsof cooperation are proposed to be implemented through the creation of 12 international outsourcing service (IOSs) on the remote finding in any languages of optimal (i.e. best) strategies of investing money in the acquisition of sources of income (SI) of a various physical nature from their specified totality with the purpose of subsequent sale of acquired SI (maximization of absolute income) or their exploitation (maximization of relative income, i.e. income per unit of time). These IOSs include:
1) service for optimal investment in real properties (RP) with fixed profitability fromtheirrealization;
2) the same, but for RP with fixed profitability fromtheirrenting;
3) service for optimal investment in shares in construction (SC) with fixed profitability fromrealizationofconstructionobjects;
4) the same, but for SC with fixed profitability fromrenting such objects;
5) service for optimal investment in piece goods (PG) with fixed profitability fromtheir retail sale;
6) the same, but for PG with varying profitability from such sale;
7) service for optimal investment in securities (Se) with fixed profitability fromtheirrealization;
8) the same, but for Se with fixed profitability from their exploitation;
9) the same, but for Se with varying profitability fromtheirrealization on certain profitability;
10) the same, but for Se with varying profitability fromtheirrealization via a certain period;
11) the same, but for Se with varying profitability from their exploitation;
12) service for optimal investment in any sources of income.
The proposed IOSs are designed for use in the following application areas: business, finance, trade, construction and manufacturing. Already now it would be possible to provide such network services by organizing on a commercial basis the process of solving via the Internet the specified tasks in MNIS IO 2.2. But the practical benefits and commercial effect of IOSs will be much higher if for their implementation to establish a specialized outsourcer company in order to perform the following four functions:
1) free distribution of AWPs and documentation for MNIS IO 2.2 among possible consumers of IOSs;
2) a paid solution in MNIS of tasks on investments optimization;
3) development of new language shells for the MNIS interface;
4) online consultation of users on working in MNIS.
