2.1. Statement of the solvable task 1

     We consider the mode of housing purchase when a housing object is acquired for personal use with its possible repair or fine finish, as well as with purchase of necessary furnishing for it.

     Here we use notations from Sec. "1. Description of the subject area (2 tasks)" of this portal. The most important of them are following:

  • HO — a housing object;
  • PHO — a part of HO;
  • RFF — repair or fine finish;
  • EF — an element of furnishing;
  • IFA — integral factor of attractiveness of HO.

     Given:

  • allocated amount of investment;
  • cost of services of realtor and notary;
  • number of HO variants, for which of them is given the HO cost;
  • nine HO properties (the first of them refers to the HO itself, and the remaining eight — to its relationships with the external environment), for each of them are given:
    • fixed parameter — property purpose;
    • degree of property influence on the HO (in conditional units);
    • for each HO variant — factor of property usefulness;
  • number of PHOs, for each of them are given:
    • PHO name;
    • degree of its influence on the HO (in condit. units);
    • for each HO variant:
      • relative factor of PHO capacity;
      • relative factor of PHO attractiveness;
      • factor of usefulness of PHO room;

in case of possible purchase of HO furnishing:

  • for each PHO are given:
    • degree of furnishing influence on the PHO (in cond. units);
    • number of required EFs for PHO, for each of them are given:
      • EF name;
      • if there are several EFs in PHO — a minimum cost of a perfect EF which fully satisfies a dweller;
      • possible sign of EF obligatory presence (*);
      • number of EF choices, for each of them are given:
        • EF cost;
        • factor of EF usefulness;

in case of possible HO RFF:

  • for each HO variant are given:
    • possible sign of obligatory RFF for PHO room;
    • number of RFF variants, for each of them are given:
      • description of RFF variant;
      • RFF cost;
      • factor of RFF usefulness.
     Maximized quality criterion — IFA of HO x-th variant (denote it by 4 0), depending on indexes y and z, which is calculatedby the following formula:
