1. Description of the subject area (8 tasks)

     We consider here eight solvable tasks on finding optimal strategies of investing funds in acquiring alien real estate objects (REO) or upgrading own ones, when it reaches the maximum income from the subsequent sale or exploiting of chosen REO. The first four of them (under numbers 14) refer to the mode of investment to buy alien real estate, and the remaining ones (under numbers 58) — to the mode of investment to upgrade own real estate.

     In solving these tasks is maximized one of the following four quality criteria:

1) absolute income from the future sale of REO excluding a payback factor — tasks 1 and 5;

2) the same income from the future sale of REO considering this factor — tasks 2 and 6;

3) relative income (per time unit) from the renting of REO without a payback factor — tasks 3 and 7;

4) the same income from the renting of REO with this factor — tasks 4 and 8.

     All these tasks on optimizing investments in real estate can be solved numerically by using the new science-intensive network technology called "Information technology of automation of control of discrete technological and information processes (in short IT AC DTIP)", because optimizable process has all necessary properties for that. This process is discrete and is classified as an instant process of selecting choices. Its elements in terms of DTIP are:

  • REO demands;
  • amount of investment — a device of service.
